Deployment questions
Which deployment options are available?
A dedicated cloud installation, or on-premise for large operators on your own servers, domain and database. Each installation serves one customer and carries your name and logo.
Can I put my own brand on the platform?
Yes. The application name and logo are set per installation and appear on both the operator panel and the customer portal.
How are updates delivered?
Each release ships with versioned database migrations. On-premise installations receive a compiled container image.
What does the platform run on?
Containerised services on Linux servers. We size the installation with you during the technical evaluation.
What throughput can the platform handle?
Throughput depends on your infrastructure, connections and configuration, so we do not publish a guaranteed figure. During a technical evaluation we measure throughput and latency on your routes and hardware.
